Brought my brand new truck in for an alignment, after installing a lift kit on it, and they rolled it off there UNINSPECTED lifted 4 post hoist and destroyed it!!! Owner was to much of a coward to show up the day it happened and the staff that was there never even apologized! Staff has zero idea what they are doing! Do not waste your hard earned money or trust your vehicle with these people!!!!!

Koops did us a super job! The transmission went out in my brothers motor home. They got it towed to Koops, they fixed it in the time frame that they told us it would be done, they came to the airport and picked us up, drove us to the motor home. They set us up with a super warranty and did a great job with the repair. Had no issues getting back to the states and back to my brother.Great Job folks! Thanks again!! Denny
