Cindy (site manager) was very helpful when I went to rent a unit at Real Storage in Black Diamond. I wasn't sure whether the size I requested was going to be sufficient and she assured me that if I needed to change units that they would be able to do that right away. She has shown herself to be very willing to help us in whatever way she could. Thanks Cindy!!
It's clean, lights in every indoor unit, 2 dollies provided for indoor units, electric code gate, with live in manager, Very secure property, good snow removal in winter for easy access
My husband Andy, uses Real Storage year round and has absolutely no complaints. Staff are always friendly & extremely helpful, clean sites, awesome rates and has a convenient RV dump station for our trailer.
